He couldn't let his Xmen 108 go

This seller just "sold" his Xmen 108 cgc9.6 back on Nov20 for the measily price of $138.83

He is offering it again today.

You know what I think? I think the seller and the dude who "won" this comic on Nov20 are one and the same or just good friends. The seller probably couldn't dare to let this one go for $138.83 so he "won" it with another one of his accounts.

Heck I'd probably do the same but does anybody know if this is legal?

Would you back out from that deal? I mean you could do a fast flip and probably make a hundred minimum.

Checking GPA, the price of the Xmen 108 has been erratic and hard to trend. So I don't know if they would definitely make moeny on a quick flip. A week before this $138 sale, it sold for $210; none sold in Oct; 2 sold in Sept for roughly $205 each and August has 3 sales: $235, $141 and $167? How do we know the next sale won't be closer to $150 than $250? confused-smiley-013.gif
