Submitting ink stained errors 1 1

Hi

I recently pulled an ink stained card and someone suggested I submit it to CGC. Someone  else told me there are min. Of how much stain can be on a card before it's deemed an error. Would this amount qualify to be an error? I don't want to pay $70 for nothing.

Thank you for reaching out to us. CGC recognizes the Additional Ink error; however, the card would need to be evaluated in-hand to confirm if it will qualify for the error attribution. I am sorry, but I cannot confirm errors via photos.
