JBrady
I just received this Batman slab, and, as you can see, the plastic is extremely dirty with lots of marks. This isn’t on the outside, it’s inside the slab. Not normal, right?
Administrator CrystalM CS Posted June 13, 2023 Administrator Share Posted June 13, 2023 Hello, We work closely with our manufacturer to ensure that we receive only the highest quality holders, and we take great care to protect these holders during our grading process. The significant size and extreme clarity of these holders, however, make it virtually impossible to prevent small scratches and scuffs that may occur during careful handling and in transit. As a result, minor scratches and scuffs that do not distract from the encapsulated book are considered to be acceptable. This being said, I would say this would qualify for a complimentary reholder service if you are the original submitter and have reported the defect within 14 days of receiving the book. You will need to complete a Mechanical Error submission form online to qualify.
