last 3.0 gold label Stan Lee signature sold for $8400 in March of this year. current 2.5 blue label GPA at $6750 and ticking every so slightly up again.  Splitting the difference here to start. This book is every bit a 3.0, but alas CGC no likey unverified ink on covers!

Can’t say enough about this book for anyone currently in the market for a lower grade XM1! The book and Charlie are top tier and I hate to see it go but wish you luck with the sale and hope it goes to a good home...No disappointments with this one guys!!
