The article says mid July. Does that mean we can submit in early July and get the new label?

Hello @MatthewFowl, thank you for contacting us. Packing slips created on or before July 10 will be eligible for the current blue labels as long as the package is received by Friday, July 21. Any orders created on or after July 11th and received after July 21st will receive the new black label.
