Hi John!  I believe that's the case, unfortunately.  There will be other sets of vintage photocopies coming up for auction that will be complete, or more complete.  But regardless, the last page of ASM #134 wasn't all that noteworthy anyway, right?  Maybe someone (but not me or Dave's family) decided to grab that one at some point.  Best, Lee
