KCOComics Posted July 10, 2023 Share Posted July 10, 2023 It's important to remember, graders notes were never meant to comprehensive. They were originally an internal communication between two graders. So if grader one picked up something he wanted to make sure grader 2 saw, he would document it. But they never did, and still don't, document every flaw in a comic. And as @theCapraAegagrus mentioned, high grade comics often don't have them at all.
