Is this an ink error? 1 1

Hi there,

I wanted to get your opinion on this cards grade I sent in a while back. I sent for grading a Sylveon vmax alt art and got a 9, was a fresh personal pull of mine so I was confused why it got a low grade. When I received the slab back I noticed a blank ink line on the back of the card. I asked my local lgs and they advised me this is an ink error. So I wanted to confirm with cgc support or the community if this was an ink error or not? If it is I'd happily send back for reholder, either way thank you in advance

I got an email notification that it was posted in the Comics forum, and I confirmed that's where it was when I first read it.  It looks like it got moved to the right place.

not the best at spoting ink errors but from my eye i dont see a ink error but hoping its there for ya
