Just like 1st jsa is more significant than x23. I agree that JSA is more significant than X-23 which is why I updated the spot on the original list. I haven't deleted the 1st entries only because I would like to see the progress of the list.

Both are classic characters that will have tremendous significance to different demographics. There are also fanboys such as myself who like both. electricprune
Has anyone mentioned? 72 Marvel Comics Presents- Partial Wolverine origin and start of Weapon X, or something along those lines.
Popular Post DanCooper
Don't know if this has been mentioned prior either, but still seeing #74 blank - how about Captain America #74 below? Also, now that one of the Green Lanterns has taken over #16 with All-American 16, like mentioned earlier in the thread, #22 should probably be Pep 22 over the Silver Age GL in Showcase 22. (tight race, but Archie should get the nod) Edited August 6, 2023 by DanCooper Larryw7, Ken Aldred, PopKulture and 2 others
southern cross
22 Pep, yeah that's important. 22 Crimesuspense stories pretty important too as it may have been the cover that sealed the deal for comics code being on all comics for only a small amount of time like 5 decades. Archie grew and grew in popularity and spawned the whole Riverdale universe across many dozens of titles lasting eighty years. valiantman
Shock SuspenStories #6 is a possibility, since Suspense #3 and Crime SuspenStories #22 are unlikely to "win" their issue numbers.
