Signature magazines taking much longer than posted turnaround.Out of Holder's? 0

Turned in signed TMNT #1(second print) and #2(1st print),signed by Eastman there at Amazing Comic Con in Vegas thru my comic shop Cosmic Comics on April 29th,2023.Received on the 2nd week of May at CGC.And that's where they sit 10 weeks later.Sig. Magazine turnaround times are 30 days on the website.Now I've heard they have run out of holder's AGAIN!Any truth to this,and why is it taking so long?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We were briefly out of some parts needed for magazine encapsulation, and unfortunately, this did cause some delay. However, the parts are back in stock, and we are working to complete magazine submissions as quickly as possible. Magazine tier books submitted during the middle of May had an estimated turnaround time of 60 business days. We are still currently within that timeframe and working on the books submitted at that time.
