None of the covers from that timeframe have been seen either.

That seems to be the pattern.  There seem to be a whole lot more interior pages from the earliest SA Marvels than most people realize, but none of the covers from that period seem to exist.

Does anyone know what is the earliest SA Marvel cover known to exist?

Sometimes people forget about or overlook pre hero marvels but to your point, if you can find art for Groot’s 1960 first appearance for sale, the hero first appearances in say 1963 are generally all available because marvel was saving its art well before that date as we can see by the existence of plenty of pre hero art.

I was lucky enough to buy 5 or 6 pages from Hulk 4 in the late 90’s. I believe they sold at one of the early 90’s Sotheby’s auctions. Twice up Kirby masterpieces. The guy I bought them from had the famous hulk thing meeting interior page from ff 12 that the cover swiped. My begging wasn’t enough for the seller to part with that page.

That's correct, Heritage often offers pre-hero OA from Kirby, Ditko et al.

Well, the one that immediately comes to mind for me is Mandel's Spider-man 11 but I am almost certain there are a couple earlier ones.   Just can't recall what off the top of my head.
