Is it possible to get the old cgc label when submitting cards for grading? 1 1

I want to submit some cards and they would look better with the old label rather than the new. I want to get some graded pokemon cards with labels that best match the color of the pokemon. My goal is to get the latios/latias hgss promos (both normal holo and cracked ice holo) graded with lables that match the colors of the individual pokemon so i will buy the latias cards graded with psa for the red and white label which matches the pokemon and i wanted to submit my latios cards to cgc because of the blue and white label but the label is now black so i was wondering if there is any way to submit a card for grading and for it to have the old label?
