Spawn #9 signed " aka angela " 1 1

I have a spawn #9 newstand signed by "someone" aka angela. I have looked and looked with no luck who it is. I found some signed al Simmons aka spawn,  but not like this. If anyone could tell me who signed this and if it's worth anything that would be awesome. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much.

Alice Pilch AKA Angela

The guy whose real name is Al Simmons likes to say he's the real world basis for Spawn.  My guess is that Alice Pilch does the same thing (apologies if not).  Maybe she was just a cosplayer (photo below is Dawn cosplay 2002).

Value is very, very low, unless I'm mistaken.  (Remember how Kramer on Seinfeld claimed to be the "real J. Peterman"?)

My guess is that she may have been a cosplayer/"booth babe" for the Spawn tour
