I don't think it's possible to accurately grade at the top tier from photos. Hard enough in hand. I see what looks like a stress line at the top staple. Some of the dark ink looks like it's lost a bit of gloss or had very light scuffing. I see 9.2/9.4, but it is hard to be confident when the smallest details are important

Yeah,  after examining it more I tend to agree.  I hoping a nice clean and press will help bump it up some more . I've definitely seen 9.8s with small color breaking tics . But you are right also about grading by photos .
