Received two signature series books with incorrect labels 1 1

Hello!

I have just received the two books that I submitted for the Peach Momoko SDCC signing. While I was excited to learn of the grades I would be receiving, I was a little more than disappointed when I opened my package today and found that the books were placed into each others cases.

 

The Eule's Vision was placed into the ShadowMan case and vice-versa.

How do I get this fixed?

We are so sorry to hear about this mix up! You can complete a Mechanical Error submission form within 14 days of receiving the books for a complimentary Reholder service. You do this by processing a new submission form and selecting Mechanical Error instead of Grading when prompted. Follow the steps given on the form and it will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
