I hesitate to disagree (even slightly) with someone who scored four bullseyes in Round 4 of the last CGC Grading Contest ( @grendelbo        ), but I'd put my money on 4.5.

I was initially at 4.5 but the discoloration/staining and multiple vertical creasing most evident on the lower part of the book lowered my estimate.

Granted I tend to grade one grade harsher than CGC.

I was a scroll past with a 4.0 & didn't notice the discoloration. Outside 4.5 shot still

Thank you all, especially for the spirited discussion!  I knew the staining and creases were going to kill the grade.  I thought you all might even go lower.  Thanks again.
