Is there a place that sells covers only for comics like Giant-Size X-Men?  Also I heard that CGC has graded cover only materials, is that true?  If so how can I get in contact with owners who might want to sell their graded covers?

Not quite.  CGC does not grade cover-only submissions.  However, they will certify them as authentic via their CVR label.

Boardies who have/want specific original parts of specific issues often post in the I Wanna Get Married thread.  There are also eBaay sellers who specialize in facsimile/reproduction covers.
