very dependent on what those dark spots are on the back. If it's staining, I'd say maxes out around 7.0 b/c CGC does not forgive staining. If it's foxing, a grade or so higher. IDK what it is, doesn't exactly look like foxing, but I don't have enough experience looking at differently foxed books.
