My submission still havn't shown up in your system yet it's been almost a month. Please help!

Hi my submission number CSG9250995761 that I sent in earlier in the month of August said was delivered - tracking number 9505515067443222664143 I sent it by USPS. I used your website to track and It said it was picked up on the 14th of August and stored securely in your facility but still not yet in the submission tracking tool? I had sent in 3 other submission just a day before and it was quickly in the system unlike this order number CSG9250995761. I had called your telephone on 23rd and your representative told me to give it a couple more weeks, well it’s been a couple week still nothing. I’m starting to get worried please check what is going on with my submission. Any updates would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for contacting us. The intake process can take 10+ business days.  The recent closure for Hurricane Idalia and the closure for the Labor Day holiday have affected recent intake times. I see that your package has been scanned as received, and it should be entered into the system soon.

If you do not see the submission by the end of this week, please provide us with a description of the shipping box, and I will reach out to our receiving warehouse to see if we can get eyes on the delivery.

If it makes you feel any better, I submitted a video back in July, still hasn't appeared in the system, and a video I sent weeks later also still isn't the system, yet it was slabbed and shipped to me. I'd like to send some cards too but there seem to be significant delays right now and I feel like it has to be staffing-related.

I got a reply from you today via email. It seems like you don't even know what order is not showing up. These 2 orders that you mentioned are already in the system CGC9637656093 and CGC5337374944 and I don't care about those orders...

Its not been charge but want to know where is it? 

I had planned on spending 1,000 per month for your business. But guess i have to rethink again due to this kind service. Its became a nightmare to deal with.

I believe I see the confusion. You have provided a shipment tracking number that shows delivery on August 14, and we scanned this package as received by the warehouse on August 16. However, the submission form for order CSG9250995761 was created online on August 21. 

Can you please confirm the shipment tracking number?

I printed out the submission form on the 9th of AUGUST for order CSG9250995761 and placed it along with my cards and shipped it out via USPS.

Here is tracking number 9505515067443222664143

Attached below are the screenshot of the e-mail that I received from your system on the 9th of AUGUST which I printed out right away on the 9th of AUGUST.... not 21st of AUGUST!

Why would someone create a submission form after sending in the cards it doesn't make any sense!

I did all the processes correctly, the problem is in your system. This is so frustrating and I need you or someone at CGC to deal with this matter urgently!

CGC Turn around times were good for about 5 minutes in June. I got a bulk order turned around in two weeks. Everything since has been trash, I have two bulk orders out from early July "waiting to be graded".

SGC pricing is coming around and they blow away CGC in turn around time. Looks like CGC may be choking away their chance to become a big player.
