QR code too low on label. It will not read with camera. 1 1

I just got 5 books back where the QR code too low on the label. It will not read with the camera camera, due to it being partially obscured by thicker plastic.  Im not going to send for correction because I don’t want to wait again. I just wanted to let you know so your quality team could correct it.

I have been having this issue for a few months on multiple submissions.  In fact I have NOT been able to scan even one book.  The bottom of the code always falls below the lip of the upper well.  Can you comment on whether this is known and being addressed? Thank you.  Shame to have a feature which is not usable
