How does CGC secure smaller sized comics in slabs? I’m thinking specifically about the smaller comics that were Wizard magazine inserts. Thanks.

They just heat or sonic weld the plastic, which I assume is the inner well... like they would any plastic... I suppose it is similar to a polybag type seal, but probably a sonic weld due to the thicker plastic and book being paper
