Hello, I have all my cards for decades in top loaders.  Don't really want to take them out.   Can I submit them in top loaders (3 x4)

My assumption (based upon submitting to PSA) is the toploaders will be accepted, but using them can lead to damage when removing cards from holders or sliding about during transit.

It is recommended to remove them, however your can send them in  in the top loaders.

If they are in penny sleeves inside top loaders,  I would recommend attaching a pull tab on the penny sleeve so they can easily remove them for grading.
