Top/Bottom centering on 1993 Topps Derek Jeter

Does anyone know where the bottom border should be measured to on this card? Based on centering grades I have from several green labels I always assumed it was to the bottom of the name plate. But after looking at this one that received a gem mint at around 65/35 top/bottom to the name plate I don’t have a clue. If this one is centered, I should have 3 in my collection that are gem mint based on the other sub grades.

After remeasuring I could squeeze it to 63/37, but I also measured the gold below at around 62/38 and it got a 7 on centering. I believe the grader either forgot to grade top/bottom or graded the bottom border to the card image rather than the name plate on the one in my original post.

Where is the back of the gold one?

Also, something to consider, CSG’s grading standards changed when they went from the green to black labels, so it’s possible that the 9.5 may have had a 9 centering grade if it had subs.
