Verified Card not in your Pop report 1 1

A have verified a card certified by you - 2003 Formule Fernando Alonso #43 (spelt wrongly on the card as 'Formula') but it's not in the population report. No sets are reported at all.  I want to know if there are any other certified cards in this set. Screen short of the verification using serial number and the racing page 2,000s list not showing tis set - attached.  Could other certified cards in this set also not be shown in pop report by mistake?
