GERBOI Posted September 16, 2023 Share Posted September 16, 2023 Submitted my 1st magazine paid for unlimited value. Took 10 days. They caused more damage to binding and corners of my magazine. I have pictures. I have emailed them to resolve the situation and it has been 2 weeks with no response. I paid 400 to get kobe 1st sports illustrated compared it to a 9.8 magazine I already owned and figured my should get at least a mint grade. After damage they caused it got a 7.5.
