How does a name written on inside affect a grade?

I recently acquired a decent 1962 World's Finest issue. I think it will grade out at 4.5 or 5.0 ....... but I discovered that the original owner (I assume) wrote in ink their first and last name in the top and bottom margins of the first page. I'm not looking for an overall grade here or I would have posted this in "Buddy can you spare a grade". I'm just curious about something like this, especially if it's not in a high grade book. Would it affect the grade at all as a 4.5 or 5.0?

The impact would be minimal.

A fun side project would be up look up the person and see if you can track them down. Who knows,  they might want their comic book back.

True story - the former owner of my local comic shop wrote his name in all his comics growing up. Someone found him,  discovered he owned a comic store and mailed him back one of his original comics with his name in it. It was a Journey into Mystery (later issue with Thor).  He very proudly displayed it on his wall and told the story to everyone who would listen. When he sold the business,  he sold the entire inventory besides one book.
