What affect would this flaw have on grading? 0

Hello guys I just wanna ask a simple question. I got a card from ebay and was about to submit it for grading but unfortunately found out a major flaw on the surface. This wasn't in the description nor the photo. At a certain angle or low light the scratch isn't visible. Seller was so detailed on uploading a lot of pics except for this one😅

Well... Before I thought it'll be at least a 9.5+ and above not knowing that scratch would be there and now everything has changed🥲 To my valuation grade of this card will be...

1) Centering 9.5(or10)/10

2) Coners 9.5(or10)/10

(minor whitening on one corner)

3) Edges 10/10

4) Surface ?/10

(clear surface but one scratch on the holo part)

I have no clue on how the scratch would affect overall grading. Could someone give me an insight? Would it downgrade -1, -2? or -0.5?
