Submission Status - Need To Understand the Process 1 1

I had a group of books (UV and High tiers) that was received by CGC last Thursday,  And I see that the current turnarounds are 2 days for UV and 10 days for High.

I still don't see that those books have been checked in and are presumably sitting in storage somewhere?

When does the clock on stated turnaround times start ticking to monitor against stated turnaround times?

These are my first submissions and I am really nervous about having $15k worth of books in limbo.
