They have been hacked in the past, resulting in people's credit card info being stolen.

But if you're asking if they will actually send you the item you paid for, then yes, they are trustworthy in that respect.

It happens to all businesses. The total premiums paid by businesses for cybersecurity insurance now exceed $10 billion (b not m). That's a lot of cybersecurity insurance policies. In 2021 alone, there were 8,100 cybersecurity insurance claims paid by insurers.  That's a lot of hacks.

Amazing numbers and makes you wonder how many claims aren't reported but simply paid off so as not to lose that insurance.

Definitely safe for you from a comic book purchasing point of view, but might NOT be that safe for your wallet and definitely VERY VERY DANGEROUS for you when your better half finds out the amount of money you are throwing away on your funny books.
