They are selling this original sketch signed by Bob Kane here in Brazil for around $700, does anyone have any idea if it's worth it?

That fact does not make it a genuine item. I have to say it looks poorly done. Kanes style appeared simple, making it tempting for people to copy.

It's only 32 years old so keeping something from 1991 in this shape isn't hard to do especially if it's well taken care of.  Have you ever seen any comic books from the 1980's?  Those books are older and they even have copies in CGC 9.8s.
