Silver age marvel single page 2 2

Hi there I am looking at a silver age marvel comic avengers 4 and the seller has said that the staple is detached on the bottom staple of a page, he says that silver age comics had 1 single page attached to staples and no other page attached on the other side. Is that true I have checked my early TOS and can’t see any single pages.

I believe the seller is, at best, misinformed, at worst, deceptive. 

The "technical term" for this is a missing page.

But judging by the number of staple holes, they really tried to not lose it.

I'd thank the seller and walk away.  At best, he is misinformed.

That's exactly how the book is *supposed* to be, p9 on the left and p10 on the right, no page in between. However, something doesn't look right for sure. My guess is that p9 as it appears in the photo is married. I would stay, far, far away. At you said, at best he's misinformed. Most likely he knows perfectly well his statement isn't true and this book is a mess.
