Generally, when you submit through a dealer/facilitator, the submission will not be displayed on your account. The dealer/facilitator is acting as an agent to submit your submission, and the order is placed on the dealer/facilitator's account. In some cases, a dealer may accept paperwork with your account number. If this is the case, the submission will be placed on your account and trackable on your account. I can confirm how your submission has been processed if you will please provide your submission number. Thank you and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
