Seeking Guidance on Entering the Field of Comic Book Grading and Restoration at CGC

I am sure that this has been asked before in these forums, but I could not find it. I am reaching out to find out how does one initiate a career trajectory in comic book grading or restoration with an esteemed institution like CGC? My objective is to transition into a role where I can apply this acumen on a grander scale, contributing to the preservation and grading of comic book history. I am particularly intrigued by the QC and Restoration Detection departments within CGC and would be most appreciative of any insights into how one navigates into these specialized roles. Is it advisable to seek mentorship from seasoned graders or restorers? Are there specific courses or certifications that are considered the gold standard in this field? Furthermore, I'm open to internship opportunities that would provide practical experience. I understand that each journey is unique, yet the collective wisdom on these boards is unparalleled, and I am keen to learn from those who have successfully tread this path.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I look forward to your sage advice and am eager to contribute my own expertise to this distinguished community in the future.
