is this eBay listing legit I came across it last week I was thinking of buying but had know way of checking

That's not what you think it is. That's an oversized copy of the original card that was given away in a magazine. It's 6 inches by 9 inches. Real cards are only 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches

If you're looking for an original Black Lotus this isn't it.  An Alpha Black Lotus is tens of thousands of dollars.  As the auction states this is the oversized promo card and is worth about $100
