Mechanical Error return not allowed with different submissions?? 1 1

In my cart I have reholder submissions , but I also want to add a Mechanical Error slab and it doesnt work, form is grayed out and not allowable. I want to add this error slab to same box when i ship it out.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am happy to help with this question! The website is behaving as intended. Mechanical error submissions are processed separately and must be shipped separately. This will not cost you any extra shipping fees. When creating your mechanical error order, if you are a US customer, choose prepaid shipping. This will provide a shipping label, but you will not be charged the shipping fees. 

If you are an international customer, customer choose the option to ship yourself and reach out to us for a prepaid international shipping label.
