It’s B&W reprints. I bought it around 1969-1971. I acquired the comics after buying the paperback but I recognized them from the paperback.

Fly Man #36, 37, 39, and Mighty Crusaders #7.

However, an interesting fact I just discovered:

I didn’t have the book in front of me so I looked on the GCD.  “The Monster Master” in Fly Man #39 and Mighty  Crusaders #7 was actually printed in the book first.
