CGC is having issues with their Cert database 1 1

Recently got a reholder back. I checked the cert to see the images before it got to me and noticed a completely different card’s info was showing under the cert even though the pictures were correct.

Contacted support who said it’s a known issue happening with other certs and they would correct it. That still hasn’t happened.

Honestly wondering if they just straight up overwrote a bunch of data that is completely lost.

So they had it updated at one point partially to at least have the correct card info even though it said the grade was "0".

And now Poof. It's back to showing info for a random Pichu card. What are you guys doing lol.

Did your info get updated? I'm expecting cards back, they've shipped, and unfortunately the cert doesn't show the images or the card info.
