PGM Farmer's Daughter #4 - Large front corner piece missing - Worth grading? 0

I just acquired this comic - awaiting on it's arrival so this is the only pictures I have. Besides your thoughts on grades - do you think it worth getting graded due to the large corner piece missing? Checking GPA it shows a 3.0 sold for $550.00 in February 2023. I also see the other low grade issues in this run also sell for decent money. There were only four comics in this series with this being the last issue. All thoughts and grades are much appreciated. Looks like 1.8/2.0 neighborhood gradewise. If you want to sell it, personally I'd just sell it raw and not bother with grading.

Not really looking to sell it due to its rarity. The larger corner piece missing has me on the fence to grade it or not.

I'd keep it raw. There's good stuff in there

2.0 seems right. I'd only grade if you prefer slabs to an alternative storage. I don't think it enhances the value.
