Was hoping to get some opinions on this Jimmy Olson 98.  I have a bunch of Jimmy Olson's around this time frame, but have always loved the "Jimmy marries an ape" cover and got this online a year or so back.

i think 6.5 max if you can get that surface dirt off the back.  Mainly due to the hard corner crease, slight corner rounding and the lengthwise spine rubbing, top chipping, spine roll, bottom staple rust and some tanning.  Interesting book.  I had never seen it.

6.5/7.0 c/p'd. I heard an interview with a creator that mentioned apes/gorilla covers. Apparently these sold very well, so part of the creative process was having a cover like this drawn and then constructing a story from that.

And all things "Apes" were extremely popular at this time.  Love it.
