What are the instructions to submit for a new slab at?  Much appreciated. I have a signature series with broken slab and would like it fixed if possible.

Should just fill out the form, pack it up, and ship it to them. They charge you when they get it and put it into the system for reholdering. There is a chance they regrade it and it comes back with a lower grade. I think the ReHolder option is under the Regular Grading Submission selection.

As this is a SS book it might be under SS for the selection submission type; the last time I sent in a group for reholdering SS books I didn't select it but do not remember if they up charged me.
