I remember watching an instagram live with the CGC/CSG merger and I believe Matt said that a blue 9/9/9.5/9.5 would reholder to a 9.5 Mint+. Is this accurate? One of the rules regarding subgrades, when they were offered, was that if the two lowest sub-grades are the same, then that is the final grade for the card.
