Someone checked off the check list with red ink, see pic. C.F. and cover are surprisingly well attached. Nice inside paper. Price pencil mark on b.c. Centerfold has a odd looking staple hit at the bottom staple but its still hanging on. Book has decent gloss and eye appeal. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fantastic Four #64 - 6.0 SOLD TO COMICSPREACHER BP = $35.00 This copy looks like a 9.0 or better first glance. But it has some problems when you look closer. On the back cover there is an area about 4" long between the spine and the word text that looks like some type of scuff or something. See the pic. The last eight pages have a tear on the top edge starting in the middle page about 1.25" going down to .5" the last page. What a shame. Very tight book with well attached cover and center fold.
