Price pencil mark on b.c. Centerfold has a odd looking staple hit at the bottom staple but its still hanging on. Book has decent gloss and eye appeal. The last eight pages have a tear on the top edge starting in the middle page about 1.25" going down to .5" the last page. What a shame. Very tight book with well attached cover and center fold. Some color loss along the spine and edge wear and creasing on the front cover. Book is well attached at the center fold. Complete with nice interior.
