$150 credit not applied to my order

Hi, a couple of days ago my card was charged the full amount for my order. The $150 credit I was due was not applied. I contacted CGC over email the day it happened and I have not heard back from anyone yet so I figured I'd try the chat boards.

My order was a bulk order of 25 cards with Order # CGC4240012929 and Submission # 1401013286

CGC, please correct this as soon as you can and please contact me so I know you're working on it.
