Mislabeled & Missing Info 1 1

2+ months to get an order of 15 cards returned (well, I actually have not received them yet) ... and 3 will need to go back!  Not sure how 2 of them got past QC.  

2 labels are switched:

I emailed CS with no response.  Is CGC going to cover shipping and insurance for me to send these back in?
