Is there a way to find out what the explanation is for a newly graded card? 1 1

I sent in a card that is being shipped back to me already. After looking at my submission order # and seeing the grades before they arrive. I feel like the grade I received wasn't what I expected. Obviously, I'm not an expert but while reading up on the TCG Error Guide. I was curious if there's a way to find out why my card wasn't graded as an error?

Looking over my card before I sent it in, I felt that it would be considered a pinch layer error as there was no visible indication of damage on the back of the card. The cert #1401010219004.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It does appear that the card was examined for an error and since it did not receive the designation, this would generally mean that it did not qualify. However, as a courtesy, I have reached out to the grading team to ask them to review the images of this card.
