Book was sold to me from a reputable internet store as a VF+. I've gone back with refund request. thank you folks for confirming my suspicions - a CB subscription crease hits hard on the grading scale.

The irony was that after I purchased this copy I sold mine, thinking I had a better one coming in....and mine was better than this! hahaha now I have a hole in my GL/GA run!
