I wonder if Leone scripted what a lot of these characters did, to cram so much action into one scene. Notice the hand and eye movements. Indio wiping his mouth on his sleeve, and the nod he gives, before the count of three begins. Eastwoods eye shift. The look on the hunchbacks face when Col Mortimer tells him to come back in ten minutes. Priceless.
