But how you continue without Mulder and Scully as the strongest part of the lore would be very tough. Though I liked some of the episodes with Robert Patrick (John Doggett) were fun and emotional.

 

In terms of tv shows continuing on without their stars, X-Files is up there with the best efforts put forward to do that. I think Doggett and Reyes were pretty good, even though at the time it was heartbreaking to see the end of Mulder and Scully. I don’t know how you’d continue without M&S, but I’d like to think the people behind the show might actually figure it out.

either way, I’m on board. I think there’s still some mileage left on that universe.
