Gorgeous copy... and then I start scrutinizing. "Dent" (?) at the corner box (shown in final pic), ink on title and on back top left... minor color rub to left of Spidey box.

Perfectly collectable copy, but not one I'd invest in grading unless there's sentimental value in this copy. CGC is harder on the newer books. This might press into the 9s, you could also end up in 8.5/9.0 with those few of little defects. A recent 9.0 sold for $30, which is just over the current Modern grading fee & is less than what pressing/shipping/grading would cost. There are mid-9 copies for sale for <$100 & I'd bet deals could be made to go lower than those list prices. (I do like Deathlok & spent quite a bit of effort picking up all these guest appearances many years ago)

Thanks for the insight. Curious... what effect does that dent have on the grade? Does it limit it to a ceiling of 9.0?
